How Do You Choose Your Cleaners?
We will always carry out a telephone interview. If the applicant sounds suitable, we will then arrange for a more thorough interview to take place in his or her own surroundings. Not until receiving proof of ID and address, along with references, do we accept them onto our database. We will always monitor every cleaner thoroughly for the time they remain employed by us.
Will I Meet my Cleaner before They Clean for Me?
Yes, of course you will! We understand the cleaner will be in your home and that personality and charisma are often as important as cleaning standards. Once we have chosen a cleaner for you, we'll arrange for them to come along so you can meet them and approve our choice, as well as discuss the cleaning tasks you require. It's important that your cleaner is someone you feel you will get along with so there's no need to agree to the first person we send you. Once you're 100% satisfied that we've chosen the right person for you, you can then mutually arrange a regular cleaning day and time.
What If My Cleaner Does Not Turn up?
Just give us a call, and we will get a cleaner out to you ASAP.
Will I Have to Stay at Home While My Cleaner Cleans?
No of course not. All of our cleaners are CRB checked and are happy to hold your house keys. We will ensure your keys are safe and supply you with a form to sign saying you are happy for your cleaner to hold keys to your property.
Do I Have to Supply Cleaning Materials?
No, of course you don’t. All of our cleaners carry their own cleaning materials, which are of a high standard. We will also provide a Hoover™ and steam cleaner for your floors.
If I Am Not Happy, Can I Change My Cleaner?
Yes, most definitely. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service you are receiving, we will do our best to assign you to a new cleaner.
Do You Have Insurance Coverage?
Most definitely. We have public liability insurance of up to £1,000,000 and employer’s liability of up to £10,000,000. We are legally liable for any accidental damage caused by the cleaners.
